About the Founder HAPL was founded with a vision to redefine how athletes are developed.
With experience in athlete development, event management, and performance environments, the goal was to create a space where athletes could train with structure, intention, and support—without sacrificing their long-term health or identity.
This program was built to bridge the gap between performance and well-being, giving athletes the tools they need to succeed in sport and beyond.
