HAPL is a structured athlete development program focused on improving performance, building mental strength, and supporting long-term athlete health. We combine physical training, mental performance, and recovery systems into one complete program.


Who is this program for?

Our program is designed for athletes ages 12–18 who are serious about improving their performance, confidence, and overall development—regardless of sport.


What sports do you support?

We support all sports. Our training focuses on universal athletic qualities like speed, strength, agility, and decision-making that transfer across every sport.



What does a typical training day look like?

This is not a camp—it’s a structured development system.
We use:

  • Periodized training (build + deload phases)

  • Performance tracking

  • Mental performance training

  • Athlete journaling and reflection


How do you track athlete progress?

What is the cost of the program?

Yes. Mental performance is a core part of our program.
Athletes learn:

  • Confidence building

Will this help my child with confidence?

Each day includes:

  • Movement prep (mobility + activation)

  • Performance training (speed, strength, agility)

  • Skill & coordination work

  • Mental performance sessions

  • Recovery (breathwork, Pilates, reflection)

We track measurable performance metrics such as:

  • Sprint speed (10m, 20m)

  • Jump performance

  • Movement quality

Athletes also track:

Absolutely. Many athletes leave with improved confidence, better communication skills, and a stronger sense of identity both in and out of sport.



Yes. Our staff includes experienced coaches with backgrounds in performance training, athlete development, and youth coaching.


How will I receive updates about my child?



Can you accommodate food allergies?

We provide structured communication through:

  • Email and text updates

  • Scheduled check-in windows

  • Athlete progress insights

Coaches are available:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Meetings must be scheduled in advance.
